She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Houston and Lorraine Houston. She is survived by: her husband Emmett "Taylor" Smith; her children, Troy Hill, Dr. Trey Hill and Tami Toups; her stepdaughters, Tyane Dietz, Temple Rodriguez and Katheryn Evans; and her brothers, Jack Houston and Tom Houston. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
