He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mark Hawkins and Dina Hawkins; his brother Zac Hawkins (Carmen); his niece Hannah Leigh Hawkins; his grandparents, Faye Hawkins and Bobby McDaniel; his uncles, Jeff McDaniel, Tim Hawkins (Loretta), Matt Hawkins and John Warner; his aunt Pam Cofer (Bryant); and his cousins, Brandon Hawkins, Brooke Hawkins, BJ Cofer, Blaine Hawkins, Paula Kate Hawkins, Natalie Younghouse Angela Harrell (Patrick), Micah Warner and Johnny Warner.

In lieu of flowers please donate to Children's Hospital in Tyler's name.
