He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Feltman and Ruby Feltman; and his sisters, Estelle Wyatt and Gladys Echols. He is survived by: his wife Annette Bell Feltman; his siblings, Raymond Feltman (Mattie), Stella Hendricks, Nancy Irwin and James Feltman (Mary); his children, Patricia Ross (Leonard), Thomas Feltman (Debbie) and Mark Feltman; his grandchildren, Joshua, Rachel, Kurtis, Krystal, Jeremy, Heather and Blake; and his great grandchildren, Lucy, Cole, Wally, Lily and Juniper.
