Forman of Calera, AL; her children, Ethan Nix of Oak Grove, AL and Raelee Nix of Oak Grove, AL; her stepchildren, Mason Forman of Hoover, AL, Zoe Forman of Hoover, AL and Christian Forman of Hoover, AL; her sister Liz Grubbs (Daniel); and her parents-in-law, Ofes and Estelle Forman of Pell City, AL..
