He is survived by: his wife Nora Anna Thomas Sebastian; his children, Bill Sebastian (Tracy) and Kathy Carden (Tony); his grandchildren, Rebekah Ramey (Aaron), Nick Sebastian (Britini), Brooklyn, Sarah and Dylan; and his siblings, Tom (Marilynn), Nick, Paul (Dee) and Maggie (Tim). He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
