He was predeceased by: his parent Eula Mae Vanderslice (Davis); and his nephews, Stephan Williams and David Williams. He is survived by: his sisters, Bonnie Phillips, Brenda Vanderslice and Lisa Davis; and his cousin Robbie Cardwell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
