She is survived by: her siblings, Peggie Higgins (Jim), Alma Tipton (Rich), Claudia Tate (Steve), Holly Fleming, Jeri Garrett (Larry), Pat Miller (Tim) and Jim Phillips (Kay); and her granddaughters, Misty Fowler (Jake), Monica Blackburn and Bailey Blackburn. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
