She is survived by: her daughter Tammy Fountain; her daughter-in-law Michelle Fountain; her grandson Jacob Fountain; and her brothers, Skip Hollis (Carol) and Ken Hollis (Linda). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended loving family and friends.
