She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Lee and Lillian Inez Pickett; and her son Roger Dale Hughes Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Roger Dale Hughes Sr.; her son Christopher Hughes; her grandchildren, Chelsea Hughes of Calera, Christopher Hughes of Calera and Samantha Hughes of Lincoln, Alabama; and her sisters, Sandy Massey and Loretta Richardson (Twink). She is also survived by cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.
