He was predeceased by: his parents, John Whitley and Pauline Whitley (Reid); and his niece Kathy Robison. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Whitley (Ingram); his grandchildren, Elizabeth Riley Ingram and Tristan Ryan Daniels; his siblings, Linda Brown (John) and John Whitley, Jr. (Dawn); his nieces, Janet Carlton (Mark), Kelly Young, Kasey Gregory (John), Nicole Whitley and Victoria Whitley; his nephew Zachary Whitley, Jr. (Monica); his stepdaughters, Paige Elizabeth Daniels (Stephen) and Lily Amanda Ingram; and also Jennifer San Juan (Paul).
