She is survived by: her sons, Roger Howard, David Howard (Pam), Brian Howard and Shawn Howard (Jennifer); and her siblings, Phillip Lacey, John Lacey (Donna) and Kathy Edwards (Jim). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.
