He is survived by: his wife Robbie Sweeney Statham; his children, Carol Helms and Jon Statham, Jr.; his stepsons, Rusty Carter (Dana), Keith Carter and Brian Carter (Beth); and his brother Melvin. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
