She is survived by: her spouse Percy Lee Horton, Sr.; her children, Bettye Peeples, Lelia Mitchell, Juanita Bailey, Linda Simon (Rick), Carl Horton, Celisa Gaiters and TaBrena Horton; her sister Mary James; her mother Lelia James Nettles; and her grandsons, DeWayne Horton and Alando King.
