He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Lutz; his stepchildren, Natasha Morgan (Harley), Tiffany Lutz (Devereoux) and Phillip Lutz; his parents, Frances Lewis and Amos Howell; his stepfather Leon McNeal; and his siblings, Michael Howell (Amanda) and Tonya Howell. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 6 nephews and nieces.
