He was predeceased by: his parents, James Leon Carroll and Asbie Carroll; and his sister-in-law Mildred Carroll. He is survived by: his wife Betty L. Glasgow-Carroll; his daughter Jessicah A. Lee; and his brothers, Ralph L. Carroll (Ruth) and Jerry F. Carroll. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
