He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Vines and Marjorie Vines (Handley); and his siblings, Larry W. Vines and Doris Vines Mays. He is survived by: his wife Lynnette Stegall Vines; his stepson Robert Campbell; his stepgrandchildren, Chandler and Alden; and his nieces and nephews, Mike, Becki, Jennifer and Jason.
