He was predeceased by: his wife Billie Anne Price; his parents, William Price and Addie Price; and his siblings, John Price, Travis Price, Terry Price and Juanita Varden.

He is survived by: his children, Cheri Anne Haynes (Shane) and James William Price (Tina Marie); his grandchildren, Alexandra Haynes, Alexis Haynes and Ashton Haynes; his great grandchildren, Adysen Haynes and Brysen Fannin; his siblings, Leon Price (Jacqulyn), Charles Price (Donna), Dale Price (Betty) and Marie Griffin; his sister-in-law Gwen Price; and his nieces and nephews, Angela Jones (John), Leann Land (Eugene), Chrissy Land (Jason) and Katie Land (Cody).
