He is survived by: his significant other Kathy Jackson; his daughters, Cindy Burkhalter (Junior) and Pam Plowman (Van); his stepdaughter Vickie Bearden (James); his grandchildren, Thomas, Michelle, Jacoby, Dylan, Jacob, Sawyer, Gabrielle and Savannah; his siblings, Linda Boyce (Jim) and Charles "Ron" Thomas; and his sister-in-law Elizabeth St. Pierre (Dean). He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
