He is survived by: his wife Pam; his children, Sherri (Matt) and Nicholas (Kandace); his grandchildren, Gage (Whitney), Jonathan (Logan), Garet, Adyson, Cannon, Haley (Zac), Genna and Abbie; his great grandchildren, Adaline and Paisley; and his sister Connie (Donald).
