She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Birkenfeld and Helen Moore; her husband Larry Guy; her daughter Dena Guy; and her brothers, Ben Birkenfeld, Ronnie Birkenfeld and Maxi Birkenfeld.

She is survived by: her daughter Misty Renee Smith (David); her grandson Allen Swindall (Erica); her great grandchild Zachary James Swindall; her sister Becky Whittington; and her nephew Tommy Birkenfeld (Karen). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
