She was predeceased by: her husband George E. Staton; her children, Nettie Dunlap and Everett Staton; her parents, James White and Beulah White; her grandson Blaine Deshawn Briggs; and her great grandchild Mitchell Gage Connell.
She is survived by: her children, Elaine Mize, Rebecca Connell (Mitch), Jewel King (Michael), Issac Staton (Rhonda), Sharon Henderson (Michael) and Diane Brasher (Manenon). She is also survived by 39 grandchildren; and 50 great grandchildren.
