He was predeceased by: his parents, George Hodgetts and Clara Hodgetts of Woodbridge, Connecticut.; and his daughters, Dianne Hodgetts and Linda Goddard. He is survived by: his wife Mary Hodgetts; his children, Stephen Hodgetts (Mary) of Sudbury, Massachusetts and Amy Covington (Jason) of Bluffton; his stepchildren, John Bettencourt (Lauren) and Theresa Preston (Stephen) of Calera, Alabama; his sisters, Nancy Jainchill (Manny) of Wethersfield and Hazel Hodgetts of Concord, Massachusetts; and his nephews, Aaron Jainchill (Debbie) of Farmington and Seth Jainchill (Aga) of Wethersfield, Connecticut.. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
