He is survived by: his wife Patricia Best Crunk; his children, D. Michael Crunk (Sherry), Lei Rushing (Roger), Trisha Partridge (Rick), Kimberly Abernathy (Keith) and Danielle Parker (Jason); his grandchildren, Tammy O'Sheilds (Daniel), Ryne Rushing, Reece F. Rushing, Mandy Wingo (Dylon), Christopher Crunk, Alexis Crunk, Bella Parker, Marley Parker and Memphis Parker; his great grandchildren, Roman O'Sheilds and Decklyn Wingo; and his brother-in-law Larry Best (Sue). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family would greatly appreciate donations to Children's Harbor, St. Jude's and the Volunteer Firefighters.
