She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Burkett and Betty Burkett; and her stepfather Jerry Gentry. She is survived by: her significant other Leslie; her children, Aaron, Leana, Matthew, Carissa, Ariel, Cody and Chris; her siblings, Barbara Patterson, Jerry Gentry Jr. and Crystal Brooks; and her grandchildren, Malachi, Kyle of Kayleb, AJ and Sophia. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
