He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Johnson and Geneva Denton Johnson; and his sister Sue Lawley. He is survived by: his wife Debra; his daughter Candi Essman (Ladd); his granddaughters, Kayla Osborne (Zach) and Chelsey Young (Seth); his great grandchild Brayleigh Jo Osborne; his siblings, Butch Johnson (Annett), Charles Johnson (Janice), Frank Johnson, Jr. and Ann Blankenship; and his sister-in-law Brenda Clay (Dennis). He is also survived by brother-in-law, David Cash (Jennifer); Host of nieces and nephews.
