She was predeceased by: her parents, Miles Otwell and Louise Otwell; and her brothers, Jack and Tommy Otwell. She is survived by: her husband Garry Cain of Providence, KY; her daughters, Julie Tangle (Chris) of Alabaster and Beth Bryan (Jeremy) of Alabaster; her grandchildren, Riley Ward, Garrett and Caroline Bryan; and her sisters, Pat Fancher (Pete) and Kathy Hall (Warren). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to be made to Mitchell's Place Autism Treatment Center.
