It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anita Berta Markle (Calera, Alabama), born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on February 23, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ludwig Constantin and Berta Constantin; her husband Francis; her daughters, Gail Smith (late Noel Howard) of Cleveland, OH and Karen Crim (Wes) of Columbiana, AL; and her grandchildren, Daniel Smith (Monica) of Alexandria, VA, Michael Germana (Cristyl) of Oneonta, AL, Marisa Dickinson (Dana) of Travelers Rest, SC, Karin Smith of Seattle, WA and Gregory Crim of Sterrett, AL. She was also cherished by three great-grandchildren.
