He is survived by: his wife Verna Elizabeth Thompson; his children, Thomas Gregory Thompson (Kim), Jason Vernon Thompson (Evelyn), Carol Ann Thompson Day (Sheldon) and Joyce McNeill (Doug); his siblings, Ted Rogers Thompson and Glenda Jean Thompson Allen; his grandchildren, Leslie Allison Day Dellinger, Kaitlin Elizabeth Day Lawrence, Thomas Zachary Day, Margo Grace Thompson and Joseph Gideon Barrett; his great grandchild James Landon Lawrence; and his grandchildren, Maggie Ann Lawrence, Carrigan Elizabeth Dillinger and James Edward Dillinger.
