Bruister of Butler; his children, Major Jonathon Lee Bruister (Julie) of Fort Belvoir, VA and Christy McKone (Garrett) of Tuscaloosa; his grandchildren, Patrick Bowers, Kendall McKone, Kameryn McKone, Kate McKone and Willis McKone; and his siblings, Bobby Bruister (Sherri) of Butler and Sondra Stafford of Butler.
