He is survived by: his father Lorenzo Mitchell of Butler, AL; his wife Gloria Mitchell of Pennington, AL; his children, Acosta Ruffin of Butler, AL, Santonia Bettis (Adrian) of Birmingham, AL, Shaquille Mitchell of Birmingham, AL and Shatavius Mitchell (Chilyrous) of Clarksville, TN; his grandchildren, Tyderious Ruffin, Ayden Bettis, Brooklyn Mitchell, Arluana Bettis and Tanlya Bettis; and his children, Antonia Brooks, April Gant (Mika) and Wendell Brooks (Shondedra). He is also survived by four sisters; six sisters-in-law; four brothers-in-law; and a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
