She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Turner and Effie Turner; her husband Wallace Griffith; her brothers, Martin Turner and J. L. Turner; and her daughter Carol Sue Gilbert.
She is survived by: her children, Jean Pruitt (Jake), Barbara Griffin (Melton) and David Griffith; her siblings, Jerry Turner and Dean Copeland; and her grandchildren, Laurie Roberts, Lisa Roberson, Crystal Tew (Bradley), Audie, Lisa Cook, Liz Allday, Crystal Sue Manley and David Wayne Griffith (Angela). She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren and step grandchildren.
