He is survived by: his wife Carole Maise Cash; his daughters, Holley Murphy (Hal), Hayley Stanfield (Vandon) and Heather Keener (Lance); his siblings, Carolyn Cash Barron and Ronald Cash (Linda); his brother-in-law Gene Maise (Betty Sue); and his grandchildren, Anna Grace, Natalie Murphy, Noah, Hannah Stanfield, Mallory and Jackson Keener. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
