He was predeceased by: his brothers, Lincoln, Townsend, Frank and George. He is survived by: his wife Pearlie; his children, Terenia Office (Ronald), Vanessa Wilson (Alphonso), Shirley Kelly and Ronald Ridgeway; his sisters, Josephine Lassiter, Sally Hill (Robert), Willie Mae Miller, Susie Edwards (David), Geneva Ray and Mary Bonner; and his siblings-in-law, Lena Washington (James), Ruth Taylor, Ethel Edwards (John), Willa Turner and Joseph Coleman. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; twenty-three great grandchildren; one great- great grandchild; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
