He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Taylor and Ludie Patrick Taylor; his siblings, Minnie Lou McWilliams and Thomas Taylor; and his son Robert Anthony Taylor.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Taylor; his sons, Randy Taylor (Karla), Keith Taylor (Casey) and Eric Taylor (Mandi); his grandchildren, Riggs Taylor (Jenny), Shannon (David), Ray, Reagan Taylor, Riley Taylor, Jack Taylor and Sadie Taylor; his great grandchild Chloe Taylor; and his brother Ed Taylor, Jr. (Shirley).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, August 21st 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Wright's Funeral Home Chapel (119 E Church St, Quitman, MS 39335). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, August 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, August 21st 2024 at the Odd Fellow's Cemetery (215 S Jackson Ave, Quitman, MS 39355).
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to The Gideons International - Choctaw County Camp, through their memorial card program. Donation cards will be available in the lobby of Wright's Funeral Home.
