He was predeceased by: his children, Guy DeLynn Powell and Emily Chandler. He is survived by: his wife Anita Powell; his daughter Deborah Steward (Chris); his grandchildren, James Powell, Jason Powell, April Labretone, Jeffrey Labretone, Hunter Steward, Carter Steward and Clinton Steward; and his great grandchildren, Noah and Grace. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
