Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Ellen Pestalozzi Evans of Butler, Alabama, who passed away at the age of 78, on March 1, 2024. She is survived by: her significant other William Albert Evans (Bert); her sons, Dansby, Hank and Bo; and her daughters-in-law, Chrystie Sanders Evans and Jenny Bresler Evans. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the First UMC of Butler, the Choctaw County Public Library or the Alzheimer's Association.
