He is survived by: his parents, Charles Loftis and Elizabeth Jacobs Loftis; his spouse Dawn Loftis; his children, Lisa Agee (Harold) of Butler, Charles Cooper Loftis II of Butler, Paula Hill (Todd) of Dallas and Thomas Loftis (Heidi) of Fairhope; and his brother Ben James. He is also survived by four children and two stepdaughters.
