He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Stewart and Norma Boone Franklin. He is survived by: his wife Melissa Hughes Franklin of Buhl, AL.; his daughter Veronica Franklin Bellomy (Cody) of Huntsville, AL.; his niece Sara Hughes; his nephew Max Hughes; his uncle Jack; and his aunt Nancy.
