He is survived by: his wife Mary L. Capps; his children, Robert W. Channell and Leslie Boothe; his stepchildren, Jeffrey Thomas, Jennie Payne and Happi Thomas; his siblings, Tommy Boothe, Richard Boothe, Glendon Boothe, Diane Watkins, Mary Boothe, Leona Hager and Sue Shuff; and his pet Mia. He is also survived by four grandchildren; one great-grandchild; twelve step-grandchildren; a number of step great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
