He was predeceased by: his wife Janie Smith; his son Blake Smith; and his brother Dewey Smith. He is survived by: his children, Donna Williams (Robbie) and Bradley Smith (Kellie); and his siblings, Sue Smith, Merle Smith and Brent Smith (Mary Jo). He is also survived by five grandchildren; five great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
