She was predeceased by: her parents, Loman Woods and Opal Fairbanks Woods; her husband JD West; her brothers, Gordon Woods, Forest Woods and Billy Woods; and her parents-in-law, Joe West, Rayburn West, Joyce West Roddy and Bryan Roddy.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Swafford (Anthony), Connie Welden (Dennis), Ronnie and Randy West (Kelly); her sisters, Frankie Hutton (Richard) and Jackie Whitley (Joe); her grandchildren, Jeremy Bell, Noah West (Chancie), Briley West, Jennifer Rimas (Josh), Andrew Leon (Kailyn) and Mitch Swafford (Becky); her great grandchildren, River, Greenlee, Caroline, Dakota and Mason; her parents-in-law, Ralph West (Gail), Kenny West (Denica), Kathy West and Shirley West; her close friend Joey Howard; and her caregivers, Sheila Smith, Robin Jenkins, Brenda Hariston and Felicia Cartwright. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; extended family.
