She was predeceased by: her children, Sonya Vaughn and Terry Dunn; her parents, Clifton Chappell and Opal Chappell; and her siblings, Regina Doyal, Gloria Wilson and Mike Cabe.
She is survived by: her daughter Linda Turner (Daniel); and her siblings, Sue Scammell, Troy Cabe and Lendell Chappell. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, two great-grandchildren.
