He is survived by: his children, Deborah Rape of LaFayette, GA and Stephen Atkins (Kathy) of Bryant, AL; his daughter-in-law Diane Atkins; his grandchildren, Marlana Atkins, Jamie Atkins, Cody Rape and Karlie Blackwell; his great grandchildren, Cruz Shropshire, Jett Atkins, Nora Blackwell and Faith Alexander; his sister Glenda Stoker of Ringgold, GA; and his close friend Emily Casey.
