He was predeceased by: his wife Florence A. Lowe; and his parents, Lloyd Lowe and Rose Lowe. He is survived by: his son Timmy Lowe; his daughter-in-law Susie Lowe; and his brother Dennis Lowe. He is also survived by five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and a host of friends.
