He was predeceased by: his parents, V. L. Mullins and Betty Raye Hastings Mullins. He is survived by: his sons, Tyler Mullins (Charlie) and Jacob Mullins (Caitlin); and his grandchildren, Camo, Serenity, Zander and Charlotte.
