He is survived by: his wife Brenda Lillard; his son David Worth Lillard (Catharine); his brother Stewart Lillard, Jr.; his grandsons, Jackson Worth Lillard and Mason Parks Lillard; his nieces and nephews, Karen Lillard, Michael Lillard and Kolbie Bobo; his brother Chris Bobo (Paula); his mother-in-law Bertha Bobo; and his close friends, Andrea and Jeff Wright.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be sent to Hospice of Alabama or to Decatur United Methodist Church, 145 Vernon Street, Decatur, TN 37322.
