He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Blevins and Myrtle Blevins; and his brother Kenneth Blevins. He is survived by: his wife Jodie Blevins; his sons, Rodney Blevins (Kay), Greg Blevins (Diana) and Chris Blevins (Terri); his siblings, Lucille Chapman, Kathryn Layne, Mildred Ferrez, Maretta Frames, Shirley Ledbetter, Eddie Blevins and Danny Blevins; and his grandchildren, Lisa Williams (Matt McDonald), Cassie Howard (Chad), Brandy Shrader (David Hyman) and Autumn Enoch (Curtis). He is also survived by four great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
