She is survived by: her spouse Jesse Swafford; her daughter Greenlee Swafford; her mother Alisha Scott Cook; her stepfather Randy Cook; her father Anthony Price; her stepmother Debbie Price; and her grandmother Flora Lorene Scott Smith. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
