It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald Edward Hawkins (Bryant, Alabama), who passed away on March 23, 2020, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father James "Hoot" Hawkins; and his grandparents, Bell Reeves, Charlie Hawkins, Luther and Dorothy Cloud.
He is survived by: his children, Preston Hawkins and Casandra Hamil; his granddaughter Alyana Hamil; his mother Gayle Hawkins (Latonda Boyd); and his stepchildren, Megan Boyd, Laticia Knight and Charlie Boyd. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
