He was predeceased by: his father Arthur E. Kinsey; and his brother William Leeray Kinsey. He is survived by: his mother Louise Brown; his wife Sue Kinsey; his stepson Chad Garrett; his siblings, Virgina Blansit, Darana Tipton and Jeff Kinsey; and his stepgrandsons, Conner and Colby Garrett.
